Sagrad, a high tech development company working in the commercial and aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing/Sales Manager, able to support products through their entire life cycle. Sagrad seeks to develop market opportunities for a new class of autonomous range safety termination products, to protect populated regions from space launch and autonomous vehicles leaving their pre-planned course. This key position is within an emerging market with capability of growing to substantial size.  A successful candidate will have a ground floor opportunity as the company grows in this segment.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop effective sales collateral material, including data sheets, web sites, customer presentations, and  trade show material with technical accuracy, strategy, and clear messaging in order to evangelize Sagrad's solution to this new market requirement.

  • Communicate directly with customers to respond to requests for information, Requests for Quotes, develop quotations, and negotiate purchase agreement.

  • Communicate with customers to prioritize business opportunities, determine future requirements, and assist in development of market segmentation, product roadmap, and competitive strategies.

  • Communicate with Sagrad engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel to create strategies and coordinate customer response

  • Present in front of internal and external audiences (large and small); in some cases, exposure to and presentation of product financials, including licensing, may be valuable.

  • Identify competitive product offerings and develop appropriate technical and budgetary responses, both verbal and written.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience working in marketing operations or analyst capacity, preferably in an aerospace and/or electronics market

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong desire and aptitude for improving processes

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Travel may be required
