            1. Mechanical design work

                        a. thermal analysis/design

                        b. vibration and shock analysis/design/test

            2. Special test equipment required for analyzing system

                        a. baseband quality metric system

                        b. equipment needed to cover any special frequency ranges

            3. Digital control over the RF system to allow for testing and debugging

            4. Software which will control the digital system

                        a. program PLL to channels

                        b. test patterns on TX mode (CW, 2 tone, and modulation example)

                        c. RX/TX AGC lock to specific ranges

                        d. AGC lock time and response time.

                        e. LNA step control

                        f. ability to control unit into any sleep modes

                        g. antenna input control

                        h. enough automatic control to enable transmit to receiver splatter testing

                        i. PLL channel switching in repeated fashion for lock time analysis.

                        j. TX power control algorithm and testing/debug features

                        k. continuous TX modes

                        l. where possible PER measurement system

            5. System for generations of waveform for RX testing

                        a. should be spectrally valid, for RX systems a valid receivable packet.

                        b. if applicable should be receivable by baseband for PER measurements.
